At Books Cabin, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in excellent condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

• Returns or replacement requests must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery.

• An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for any return, replacement, or damage claim.

• Claims submitted without a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video will not be accepted.

• The book must be unused, unmarked, and in its original condition.

• Minor variations in cover design, printing, packaging, or colour are not eligible for return or replacement.

• Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, accidental orders, or personal preference after purchase.

• Any damage caused after delivery, including water damage, torn pages, writing, highlighting, or mishandling, is not eligible for return or replacement.

• In the rare event that you receive the wrong book, a defective copy, or a book with missing pages, please contact us within 2 business days along with your unboxing video and photographs for verification.

• Books Cabin reserves the right to approve or reject any return or replacement request after reviewing the provided evidence.
